Connect WooCommerce 🚀
Link your WooCommerce store to Maxina to auto-sync your catalog, images, and videos.
Prerequisites
- ✅ WooCommerce store (REST API enabled)
- ✅ Admin access to WordPress
- ✅ Store URL (e.g.,
https://mystore.com)

Maxina automatically creates a secure REST API key and registers the necessary webhook for you.
Step 1: Connect & Approve
- Select Workspace: Pick your target workspace in Maxina.
- Go to Channels: Navigate to Menu → Channels.
- Connect: Click Connect on the WooCommerce card.
- Enter URL: Type your store domain (e.g.,
mystore.com) and hit Connect. - Approve: You'll be redirected to WooCommerce. Click Approve.
DONE! You'll be redirected back to Maxina with a green Connected status.
Step 2: One-Click Sync
Once connected, trigger the first fetch:
- Click Sync Now on the integration card.
- Maxina pulls your products in the background.

- Hit Sync Now to force an update.
- Ensure products are Published in WooCommerce.
