The Message Flow

When a customer sends a DM on Instagram or types in your website widget, here's the journey:

  3. AI asks for help when unsure — angry customers, refund requests, or complex questions get routed to you

Product Import: The Three Lanes

When you connect your WooCommerce store, Maxina imports your products through three parallel processing lanes:

Maxina AI doesn't just auto-reply to everything. It has a built-in human oversight system with four states:
